Who we are

Calibration Wellness is the business of Alicia Elliott. It works with people online, wherever they are, and in person in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. This policy describes what is collected when you get in touch or book, and it applies to everything on this site.

What we collect

Only what is needed to book, run and keep a record of what you take part in.

• When you book. Your name and email address, and if you choose to share them, your phone number, your time zone, how many people are coming, and any notes for Alicia.
• When you sign an agreement. Your typed signature, the date and time, the version of the agreement, your IP address and your browser type.
• When you pay. The amount, a receipt number, and your card type and last four digits. Never your full card number, which goes straight from your browser to Stripe.
• When you write to Alicia. What you put in the form, including whether you asked to join the mailing list.

Who helps run this site

These services handle your information for Calibration Wellness:

• Stripe processes card payments and refunds, under its own privacy and security standards. Its payment form runs inside the booking pages.
• Google (Calendar, Gmail and Meet) holds bookings, sends your confirmation emails and hosts video sessions and classes.
• Vercel hosts the site, counts visits without advertising cookies, and screens out automated bots.
• Upstash stores a record of payments, refunds and signed agreements, and a technical error log. It never stores card numbers.

We do not sell your information, and your details are not used for marketing unless you have opted in to the mailing list.

Security and how long we keep it

Reasonable security measures protect what you submit: the site runs over an encrypted connection, and card numbers never reach it.

Your notes and contact details are kept only as long as they are needed to provide your services. Signed agreements and payment records are kept as business records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights and choices

Your phone number and notes are optional, and providing them is your choice. You have the right to:

• See the information you have shared.
• Correct or delete your contact details and notes, at any time. Signed agreements and payment records are kept as business records even after the rest is deleted.
• Leave the mailing list at any time, by replying to any email or writing to Alicia.
